removable arm blades/gauntlets, removable upper leg/hip armor, removable lower leg shin guard armor, removable med kit would have been nice.

I personally think that the armor on the old P1 looks better and is more detailed then this new classic pred armor. I do concede that the head sculpt and mask look better on this new classic pred than the old P1, but I prefer the older pred bodies with more articulation then these newer stiff bodies with less articulation.

I think everyone agrees on the fact that the new body sorely lacks of range of motion, compared to the P1.

While waiting that BBTS send me my Classic, I can only rely on the beautiful pictures already posted ... But it seems to me clear that the armor as a whole (torso, shoulder pads, leggings, gauntlets (...) and especially backpack) seems to be much better carved on the Classic than on the original P1. The fact that leggings can not be removed does not bother me at all because they were integral with the suit weared by KPH in the film. For cons I would have liked too that the backpack and the Medkit which was in it may have been removed ...

I'm eager to see how well your p1 bio fits the sculpt of this classic.

He just arrived and all I can say is WOW!. I am very impressed with this figure.

Without further ado my Classic. (and family)

A few things that I noticed are
1. There is no silver on the lenses of the Bio's, they are all black.
2. All of the armor is glued on except the blade gauntlet and chest armor.
3. and the battle damaged Bio's light is dimmer than the undamaged one which I find cool, after all it is damaged.

All in all an excellent figure that I am happy to add to my modest collection.

Also I just found out he can hold stuff with his pointing hand. Here he is holding Machiko's spear, he can also hold her sword.

added quills on the arms and more shade of green on the armor..

So how is the waist articulation on this guy?

Someone said the netting on their shadow was so tight, and the figure so stiff that they couldn't really turn the waist or tilt it like on the 3 Super Preds.

I didn't mind the lack of abb/chest articulaton as much as I thought I would once I got a Super Predator in my hand, due to the ball-jointed waist. I can't wait to get this figure in my hands, but man I hope the waist isn't limited.

The waist articulation on mine is good. The netting is a little baggy so it doesn't restrict poseability but not so lose as to be noticeable.

@r5150s: Your pics blow mine right out of the water. The quills and armor repaint look great. One question though, Whats up with the wrist blades they seem short?

it seems the demo from hottoys on first page had their wristblades like that too when retracted. but i can't push my blades that far back without damaging it. so i'm not the only one who can't push it all the way back in? or is this something different between batch 1 & 2?

finally got to unpacking mine and doing a few shots.......
