I had this issue when I got my figure, so what I did was pull the barbell out of the neck and pop it into the head. Then pushed it back on the neck. Haven't had a problem since.

I tried doing that back when it was really bad, but it still didn't work. Guess peoples' mileage varies with this issue.

i just ran into this issue yesterday for the first time!!!!! i had no clue other people were having the same problem! i thought it was just mine! its annoying!

It's a shame it's happening to a few of the figures. Can it be blamed on a QC issue or a wrong measurement or such in the planning stage etc?

The wait is definitely rough...and then if he is damaged like mine was it's even tougher waiting for a replacement...luckily I didn't have to send mine off, SS is just sending me a new body so I have my Classic all put together minus his hand that keeps falling out...lol

Truly a Bad A$$ piece of work!! The base is also FANTASTIC!!

There have not been that many posts about it.
Blade is no noob and even he had the issue but now says its better.

The head coming off issue doesn't seem to be very consistent. I have two, one Classic is perfectly fine. The other, the head likes to pop off if I move it a bit much like if I move it to look up. Once I stop moving it and have it hold its pose it stays on fine. But it's a little annoying when I move it and the head pops off.

Can you make a quick video showing what you're describing? That would be a big help.
