Premium Format Line.

I just really want a Boromir PF becuase he's one of my favorite characters and Sean Bean is Frakking Harsh.

Definately still waiting on more LOTR PF's, I currently have Lurtz, Berserker Ex, Aragorn Ex, Gandalf Ex, and the Morgul Lord. I'm hoping for a Gimli or Boromir but will probably buy whatever comes next if it's worth it. Gotta get my fix...

Question : LOTR fans have begun a campaign in an attempt to convince Sideshow we want a complete Fellowship in Premium Format and that includes ALL REMAINING HOBBITS! What kind of response have you received? -AND- Is it enough for SS to finally relent and give us a complete Fellowship in PF?

Answer : Our Creative Director and design teams have heard you. We’ve received a very healthy response to our challenge, and the Shire has been heard. The Hobbits will see release in statue form, and we will be moving forward with designs for PF versions as well. We’ll be updating you from time to time as things become more concrete.

Sideshow know what we want.

Wow thanks bill, that's definitely good news.

I assume "release in statue form" he means finishing the 1/5 series. However i am a bit worried he capitalized "The Hobbit" which indicate it's based off the upcoming movie, not the original trilogy fellowship hobbits? Maybe i am just reading too much into it..

PF format will take a long time to complete because they have to do hobbits 1 at a time plus boromir, the 1/5 series only has 2 statues left to finish the fellowship. Fingers crossed it will be done by next year latest.

Thanks for sharing that info bill59, that sounds like good news! I'm really anxious for a GIMLI to go with my Aragorn and Legolas PF's. I'm also anxious for SARUMAN!

The sound of them doing all the hobbits is promising too. Hope they do another Frodo, I know they could probably pull off a better sculpt of that one now.

I'm in no rush though, I still need to get the Black Orc to go with my Moria Orc...

Since I sold my Ex Lurtz and the maquette line turned out that awesome...I don't anymore...
This whole clothing stuff has never been my favorite style. Makes it look too much like puppets.

I for one am still very interested in the PF line.

My main wants are Arwen, Sam and Gimli at the moment.

There are so many chars left I want to see in my PF collection.

Sam, Boromir, Eowin, Saruman ... and many more.
Some orcs are fine, but get back your focus on the main chars, sideshow!
