Polite...that's funny. Will you pleeeeease fix the moustache or guess what...no money! How's that for polite? I guess what really irks me is...are they blind? Everyone here can see the moustache is off. Bet artists at SS can see that too. Figure they'll try to pass it off anyway. Fix it before you preview it. God knows this one has been in the works long enought for that to be right already.

And that is exactly why I care so much, listen if these were being cranked out like the SW PFs there wouldn't be much of an issue for me --- but well, the wait has been a killer.

I guess they're either all blind or very easily satisfied.

It's an okay PF, I'm not wowed by it. The hair, stache and face needs a little tweaking. Elvis is a disaster and if Angel doesn't get fixed, I'm cancelling. So, we'll see, if it doesn't get some tweaking, then it's an excuse to limit my purchases.

There was so much build up for this piece and to see it in this preview pic I'm disappointed.....I'll wait until SDCC though to make my final judgment.

Sorry Ed, but I'm going to have to pull out my crystal ball and do an Amazing Kreskin on you by reading between the lines of your posting. I feel it is callous, rude, and insultive to both SS and the sculptor.

Seriously though. You make a valid point. SS has had what...a year or so to put this PF together? Shouldn't they have been able to get the bugs out of this piece by now, and certainly prior to releasing a photo of it?

I haven't seen this mentioned yet, but is anyone else somewhat puzzled as to how this relates to the Pelennor Fields? Given the text they used in the preview and all, and the lack of any real action in the face ... I don't know it just doesn't seem right --------- yet.

I wondered that myself. Not sure of how the face fits in with what I had thought based on the podcast. There are a couple moments where he is standing there before the battle but nothing that I would imagine using on a PF.
