I believe is the tool he uses to sharpen his blades during the pig stabbing scene.

The knife sharpener that hangs on Bills belt. Velvet mornings version also had this. So that's the extra accessory. Maybe he'll do the apron and a pigs head. That accessory does not match the striped green pants look . Burberry Plaid pants then.

I have a feeling this one will be selling out in seconds. This will be a hard one to get. So many people want the Butcher.
