Eh, when I was a kid I loved Hook and the different take on the story of Peter Pan. Would I watch it every time it's on now, probably not, but I think Hook and Pan would look pretty dope on my shelf and take me back to being a kid when I look at 'em. The Exorcist, while great for its time and a great story, never really did it for me. Different strokes for different folks, that's all. I can also think of a million other characters I'd rather see before Hook too. I'm still holding out hope for Sheriff Bart and the Waco Kid

Based on prior character selection, the most predictable Hoffman figure for a Rainman type figure would actually be his role in Straw Dogs. Great film. But Marathon Man is my favorite Hoffman film. Who wouldn't want a figure of Hoffman in a blue hoodie and jeans? *leaves to create interest thread*

The interest for Hook to this point far outweighs The Exorcist but the latter is just louder. I almost guarantee we will see Regan get made.

Someone hates hook so much they blocked and deleted me for telling them not to destroy the future possibilities of it. I really thought this was a collective decision where everyones vote counts... i wont be buying exorcist but all to Lee and the release for his artistic interpretation - and fulfilling those fans needs. No need to flat out ruin the possibility of from what ive read many peoples wants are for future projects. Smh indeed. I didnt even comment.

I wouldn't get Regan but still would like to see how Rainman does it. Like the idea of him hitting horror films lately.

I'm with ya bud. Not getting Regan either. Not interested in the possessed characters. On other hand, I will be looking forward to seeing the progress WIPs being made by Rainman. It's going to be an awesome looking set for those that are a big fans of The Exorcist! It was really a good movie. I am surprised Lee is considering making another horror figure, however that's good for him!

At this point pretty sure Regan is set in stone. Its just a matter of the logistics of the release (body, sculpt, karris etc). Itll be an awesome set no doubt - just not for everyone of course.

Hoffman was great in Marathon Man. Also great in The Graduate and Midnight Cowboy. He needs to be represented in one of those three, preferably The Graduate.

You make a good point, except that the figure would presumably be possessed Regan, thus representing an immoral, satanic demon, and not the innocent child who was possessed. That's the only reason there is interest in her at all. Looks like there are more nay than yay votes for her, though, which surprises me. I didn't think so many collectors would be weirded out by something associated with the devil. But then, I'm a Satan worshipper, so I'm probably biased.

I've never seen a Stuart sold. Is 4K really the price of the last sale of a Stuart?

Just caught on the thread, The Exorcist is a great and surprising choice from RM, and I agree with Stiff, Hook is such a minor film, don't see the appeal of the character yes the figure would look amazing, but it's a film I never hear anyone talking about.
