Loved ZD30.
I can understand some not liking it. Its no big deal.
Odd thing about it to me is what did people who didnt like it expect going in?
It delivered exactly what I thought the movie would be and then some. I wasn't expecting an action flick at all.... :monkey1

What stood out for me was how Bigelow didn't glorify the whole event. America's dirty laundry was on show for all, with out little hesitation, which I really liked. It is obviously a terrible stain on America's history as well as our own.

Hmmmmm. How do you mean stain??? The whole water boarding thing?? Just curious.

But we got Osama. So who cares. :rock. :lol

First there was 911 itself. Many would say with the intelligence the States have at their disposal, that atrocity should never have happened in the first place.

Secondly it took the best part of a decade to track one man down. Billions of dollars later and many lives lost. In the end it wasn't torture that found OBL it was good old fashioned intelligence.

Of course you have the whole interrogation techniques fiasco.

It's a stain on the history of America.

I don't want to get in to a lengthy political debate.

I think those are the last two films I watched too. I'll go whole numbers though. Man of Steel - 8. ROTK EE - 9.

Nice! I think it's my OCD for stats and such. It allows me to rank things easier. :lol

My list as well. Where do you put AUJ? I say right with ROTK.

I'd put it after TTT. AUJ is fantastic and I love it but as with the books I love The Lord of the Rings more.
