I really want to see this one. Most people I've talked to who saw it say it's really good. I like the mask the killer wears.

Rescue Dawn - 9/10 - Wow...just...wow.

I usually do not watch war movies...lousy ones just piss me off and good ones like Saving Private Ryan and this one disturb me. I am not sure why I have a hard time watching them...when I was in the Marines, I really didn't experience any real combat trauma. But I think I developed a very strong empathy for those who did.

My wife wanted to watch this one so I just tagged along for the ride and could not pull myself away from the movie.

I recommend you watch Little Dieter Needs to Fly. As good as Rescue Dawn is, I think the documentary (also directed by Werner Herzog) is better.

Is it more accurate than Rescue Dawn, I enjoyed it but it seemed to have pissed a lot of the family members off of the other POW's

X-men 3 - 4/10 This was the first time I've watched it since it came out in the cinemas. I forgot how bad it was. The first two films felt more intimate and were concerned with charachters rather than big explosions. This one is the exact opposite and by the time Magneto destroys the bridge and all CGI gets let out of the bag I lost any interest in what was happening on screen. The scene between Jean and Wolverine at the end was emberassing.
