Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

It had to do with Halloween. The series would've been better without Myers anyway. They ran his ass into the ground.

I realize it had to do with Halloween but unfortunately for me when I think Halloween as a film title I think Michael Myers.

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Same as an easy 9/10, i love that film.

The mood, the pacing, and characters definitely make this movie solid. The ending made it GREAT! Bad ending? Hardly! If anything it has one of the strongest endings ever, and the song they played in the ending matched up perfectly... gives me chills just thinking about it!

8 out of 10! Maybe 9 out of 10. Can we say.. 8.5? hehe

And Badmoon, you give it a 6/10 because of bad effects?! BOO!

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Ah dont the ending is really arrrrghhhh noooooooo! but u have to admire it anyway :lol

Gripping and tragic, the effects weren't the greatest; but any film based on Stephen King and incorporating Drew Stuzan is a good one in my book!

Such a good character study flick, I would give it a solid 8.

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

I liked the Mist quite a bit. A solid 8/10 for me. Also HIGH POINTS to Drew Struzen for "The Dark Tower" movie poster he's painting at the beginning. I can only dream of seeing a DT movie poster for real one day......c'mon J.J. Abrams!

Eli, do you have your ***** goggles on again? I said it had horrible effects. However, that wasn't why I gave it 6/10. I thought the movie was just meh until the end.

Watchmen: 9.5/10 :rock :rock :rock

Tales Of The Black Freighter & Under The Hood: 8/10 Both of these were great, but I particularly enjoyed Under The Hood! Great productions to accompany the Watchmen movie :rock

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

I completely dissagree with you guys. I thought the movie was awesome , it really reminded me of an older 80s horror. The ending I've always thought was brilliant too.
I've heard its best to watch the movie in black and white as apparently thats how Darabont originally wanted it to be seen in cinemas but was told no.

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

mike's one of my favorite athletes, his speed, power and discipline was unmatched. his bouts and his records don't lie. it was a shame to see one of the greatest boxers ever fall the way he did. I was excited to hear a documentary was made about him but a bit skeptic. i thought it be another show on, look how crazy and pathetic mike is. turns out, it was a very personal look into tyson from tyson. i was amazed at times, laughed a little and almost cried. It was very sad to hear him talk about Cus. a great trainer among other things he was a father to mike. We get to hear the personal side to their relationship, the vultures who came to feast on his already low self esteem after D'Amato's death, and tyson's self destructiveness that lead to his own fall. he accepts full responsibility.

I've been wanting to see this. Good to hear it's not an attack on the man. I've always said he would have been the greatest boxer that ever lived had his trainer not died.
