yeah it wasn't great. but i just pretended the original halloween series didn't exist and rated it as a stand alone horror. and even though i'm not a huge fan of his work so far, i have to admit that zombie is growing an ability for atmosphere and tension. still a long way to go, but if he stops raping classics, or passing off almagamations of a 100 classics as his own (house of 1000 corpses) he might actually have a decent career ahead of him.
but as it stands this rob zombie, and the rob zombie that gave us thunder kiss '65 are 2 different people to me.
prestige is a 10/10 awesome movie. but they probably could have replaced scarlett with a chair and i wouldn't have noticed. ok, enough - i have to stop this johannsen hatred. she's about to be in a ton of movies based on material i love. so i'd better get used to her.
