The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons - 8/10

A good entry into the franchise. Had a god "Link to the past" feel to it. A bit more challenging than most LoZ games, I'd say that's due in large part to it being partially developed by Capcom, so some of it plays like a Megaman game. Especially the final boss. Now to do some old school linking and start Oracle of Ages.

In regards to Valve and Half Life I actually don't see what the big deal is. I played the first one and half of the second and frankly I think they stink. The first one was confusing and I didn't understand half of what was going on. It's like it was made by stoned people.

Maybe I should give them another go as I think Valves other games are fantastic.

You can skip the first game entirely because it's so dated by today's standards (wiki the story if you want). But I'd definitely recommend replaying Half-Life 2 if you get the chance. The pace is enormously slow at the beginning, but it gets much better. The overarching storyline culminates beautifully (and shockingly) at the end of Episode 2. But, Valve hasn't continued the series since then :(.

Darksiders II - 7/10

Not as good as the first game IMO. Loved the boss battles and magic elements (especially the little ghouls you can acquire to fight for you) but this game is too big for its own good. I'd rate the first game a 9/10 in contrast.

Hitman: Absolution: 8/10

Fun game, with some cool mechanics. Graphics are decent, controls could be a little tighter. But very enjoyable. The story is a bit over the place and it can't decide what to do, but it's fun nonetheless.

FarCry 3 Great open world feel, ending kinda losing pacing like most games. 8.5/10

To the Moon-Played it cuz i felt like playing sad game and i heard it was rly sad. Interesting concept had me at begining but then the novelty kinda wore off and by the end i just wanted it to end.
6.5/10

I'm a bit ashamed to admit I just beat Assassins Creed 2, but I did. Why didn't I play through it sooner?!

It was fantastic and I give it a 9.5

I just bought Brotherhood today and I can't wait to jump into it!

Don't feel ashamed, I still haven't even finished the first Assassin's Creed :lol

Got too damn repetitive so I just kind of stopped playing for several years.

I hear ya. I myself was able to get through the game and I honestly enjoyed it very much. I didn't start saying **** you to the side missions until the either the last or second to last assassination mission.

But by the end it DID start to bore me. I'm just lucky it was at the end for me.

All the side missions for every assassination was the same. Gathering the same intel, blah, blah, blah.

So I know of a lot of people that just gave up. Glad they fixed that for the second game.

Mega Man X 8/10

Sure I've played this game many, many times in the past but I never could get past Sigma for some reason. Haven't played it since I was younger and I just massacred the game. Despite it's age it's really fun.

I just finished Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon for the PS3. Game freaking rocks!!!! So much fun, but I wish it was longer. Hopefully it'll get enough favorable reviews that we can get a full game instead of just a DLC kind of game.
