Just heat it up, get it in the right shape and then pop it in the freezer. Should get rid of the bend.

The staves are both too bendy... I would just dump it in boiling water and rubber band both ends to a pencil or a popsicle stick.

I 100% agree. It's an amazing figure. One of the absolute best Sideshow has ever made. He's damn near perfect! Every bit as good as a Hot Toys one but for a much cheaper price.
I'm going for the light up staff also and hope to put in a voice function as well.
EDIT: Just heat your staff up a bit, Craw and it will straighten right out. I'd try hot water first then dunking it in cold to set it when it's straight. Or just take a couple Viagra.

this is my new favorite figure. words cant describe it. ian mckellan's performance of GTG was outstanding and this figure captures that performnce perfectly for me. i almost had tears in my eyes as i pulled him out of the box it is that good. if you are on the fence, buy him now.
ps. i didnt know he shipped with a black cloak. when did he use that in the films? i dont remember it.

Part of the confusion is the black cloak is a bit darker than it should be, it's almost imperceptable that he's wearing it in the film.
