Lame? How? Everybody talks about the GRAIL the Grey Hulk PF is. Well this is the exact same situation. This has happened before folks.

There is a difference between the 2 (1) Size matters (2) hulk is an 'A' list character and Angel maybe a 'C' lister.

The only reason I mentioned this being worth a little bit more was simply because of the amazing sculpted wings and the low ES. I do realize this is not the highly desirable 1/4th but very very nice none the less. I wouldn't expect to make a mint of this reselling this anyway.

Alternate colours with low ES aren't sought after by collectors on this board?? Since when?? I am not saying this is as BIG a statue as the Hulk, but it is an AMAZING looking sculpt of one of the ORIGINAL X-Men not some random Aspen character and by no means incnsiquential. There will be people who want this one down the road. As much as some want to claim that the 1/5 is dead SSC has said it isn't so. Angel will be an essential part of any XMen fans collection. Just because a lot of guys bought the blue first and feel burned by this having a lower ES doesn't make this a bad or unworthy statue. If I could afford this I would pick it up for trade bait down the road.

Like I said....size matters. Yes this Angel may one day be over $400 but I can't see it going higher then that. Can you name one comiquette that is 1:5 scale (except Emma & MJ) and commands $$. I don't think there is even 1. Low ES on certain statues means absolutely nothing regardless of how many version there are. The majority of collectors just want 1:4 scale statues not 1:5.

I don't think even the 250 ES will make this good trade bait. He's just not in demand. Once a PF comes out this will become like that lame colossus comiquette. you will be lucky to even out later on. My 2 cents.

Really?? From what I have heard the Xmen Comiquettes (except for Colossus) are for the most part superior to there PF counter parts. Especially Psylock. Tell me, other then size, how could they improve this sculpt?? Also, unless you know the future, and we both know neither of us do, then there is no telling really.

Punisher is not 1:5 but maybe more 1:5 1/2 scale. Angel wing span is huge. Without the riser base, he is actually quite small.

You put this next to the punisher and you will know he is not 1/5 scale.
