Do they have a 'extra' Red Skulls lying around for people filing for replacements? Do you send the whole piece (base, statue, box and all back) or just the area of concern? And if they don't have any replacements after I send it, will they give me the option to get the same statue back or get a refund.....or will they just issue an refund without warning? Sorry for all of the questions.

The do hold extras back for this purpose. Thats what they told me when I received a damaged Vader. Anyway, after a while they release those extras to the waitlist people.

He's got a small chip on the cane and everything else is perfect though. So I'm up in the air on this one. Need some advice here.

If it just a chip on the cane, you probably wouldn't have to send the whole thing back. I bet they would send you a replacement cane but contact Sideshow and they will let you know what to do.

btw The Swastika is actually a symbol with good meaning, which meant "good luck." Do the research. The Nazis used it as their symbol, but reversed it. Now, much like what the Nazi regime stood for, it is now viewed as a symbol of something evil unfortunately. Weird how a once positive symbol of a thousand years has been turned into something evil in a six year period.

Dude, DON'T SETTLE. If you're not 100% satisfied, then dont keep it. Trust me, that'll drive you nuts (atleast it'd make my OCD go OFF THE CHARTS!!!)

If something small like the cane has a chip, why do they send a whole new RS box? You think they would put the cane in bubble wrap, carefully packed, and send it in a small box.

I know how SideShow works small issues like that ChrisCJ99. They'll replace the cane because it's so small. Call it in, right now they'll have a ton of replacements. The rest of the PF will be left alone. You'll have a new cane before you know it.
