btw The Swastika is actually a symbol with good meaning, which meant "good luck." Do the research. The Nazis used it as their symbol, but reversed it. Now, much like what the Nazi regime stood for, it is now viewed as a symbol of something evil unfortunately. Weird how a once positive symbol of a thousand years has been turned into something evil in a six year period.

If something small like the cane has a chip, why do they send a whole new RS box? You think they would put the cane in bubble wrap, carefully packed, and send it in a small box.

My experience is when there is something wrong with a small piece like an exclusive hand ect, they will send it in a much smaller package...
