Yeah, I'd take that outfit for Sherri, as well as an Ada figure. Any day.

As far as rebooting RE, I'd be up for that as long as it was mostly just getting back to the roots of the series game play wise and what not. Also, I'd like the global threat to actually feel like a global threat. Then I would be scared.

ahhhh @ alt outfits, chris's alternate outfit has near enough the same ink as i do except mines on the left side.

Does anyone want to play co-op with me? I'm playing Jake's campaign, chapters 4 and 5 tonight. My PSN sn is Sciencefrictionz. I'm not the best player, but I do alright. My internet is wireless right now so I can't chat with my PS3 headset, so no worries there, lol.

I'm honestly having a blast with this game for the most part. I think tomorrow I'm going to play some of the "extra content". :mummy

:exactly:

I also was completely disinterested in playing as Chris. I don't find him interesting at all, I much more enjoy Leon and the whole plot with him
hiding his love for Ada until the end

I just completed Leon, Chris, and Jakes story. As far as Leons ending goes
I think its ridiculous that he's either or damn near 36 years old, and still hasn't worked things out with Ada. Seriously, these are two grown ass individuals, not teenagers in high school.

Played through Leon's campaign and loved it (except for the final boss fightS :cuckoo: ). It reminded me a lot of RE2 and 4 (unfortunately, I never played 3). I'm on Chris' campaign now and feel like I'm playing Resistance :lol That's not a bad thing, though. The weapons/items switching/using system is awesome and long overdue.

No reboot please. Even if they rebooted, I doubt it would go back to a horror game anyway. High octane action sells better these days, not horror. And capcom is aaall about making money now....sadly.

And you just nailed the issue on why I hardly play games anymore. Mindless button pressing = bored BadMoon. :lecture

That's why you need halo. Halo doesn't do qte and mindless action. It's more strategic .

The skills system is frustrating, though cool. I feel like you'd have to play hours and hours in mercenary mode to get enough skill points to get any of the decent skills or skill upgrades. What I've gotten so far doesn't seem to have made much of a difference in my playing.

the first skill i equipped was item drop frequency so id get more skills, still takes ages though. (though i dont even if that skill helped the SKILL point drops) but ive maxed out alot of skills so im no longer " annoyed " as all i really do now is play the game, skill points just happen because thats the way it is and at some point ill max them all out for the trophies

ive noticed a few more touches to the game too in levels 2+3 of chris's campaign. In the "town hall" or whatever it is where you find all the crysalids you can run behind the stair case like in the classic mansion. And the BSAA Guys in the start of the 3rd level are using the same flamethrower Chris used in re 5 against the uroborororos beast
