That's just it, most of the old staff that made all the old franchises great all quit because Capcom became a money-grubbing "black company," meaning they overworked their employees and were micromanaging everything.

As the movies as well. Not as much as Sony though. but let's not reopen that can of worms again.

It is a hack though. Modding insinuates that modifications were made and added to the game. Hack means using a method to access what's already in the game and using it.

I don't know the mods/trainers/hacks or whatever they made there.I know how it is in newer games.
but hacks hear always so bad.

Simply a hack to unlock Outbreak File 3 characters since the Outbreak games shared the NPC's between the games.

Officially, yes. Outbreak File 1 and 2 you could transfer unlocked characters between them and use them in both games. However, using a Codebreaker, you could unlock characters that were presumably from the yet unreleased File 3 such as masked and unmasked HUNK and use them in both Outbreak File 1 and 2.

Yep, due to poor reception and sales of Outbreak 1 and especially 2. I think it was ahead of its time and would've done great had it waited a generation. The biggest complaints were no voice chat and long loading times. But it was classic Resident Evil with four flippin' people at a time!

That sucks... Capcom should release the games maybe it can make up the sales from the ps2 version go we can get File3.

I finally found two matches this morning, after searching for 1.5 hours.
First time playing Agent Hunt, pretty fun!
