Are there any stores you know of that have a demo kiosk for the CPP?

Yeah, in mercs and the Revelations demo I found myself not using the move and shoot function too often. The only parts I found it useful were during reloads.

I don't. The only one that I would think might have it is Gamestop since I think they're the only place to sell it right now. I don't usually go into Gamestop, though.

From what I gathered from reading online, it makes controls similar to the new control style that was introduced in Resident Evil 5 where you aim with the left trigger and shoot with the right. I always kept the Resident Evil 4 style control setting when I played that game, so for me it feels pretty natural in the demo without the circle pad pro.

Finally got around to pre-ordering this. Funny, been looking forward to this game, but have been so busy with life for the past few months I almost forgot it was coming out next week! :lol

Remember the image of the RE:R game case that had the misspelled title (Revelaitons)? Turns out that error will affect the initial U.S. shipments of the game, so there's a good chance some of us will get a misprinted copy. :lol

Here's a revelation: The title of the game is spelled wrong! Good gravy!

As you may well have heard by now, the title of Revelations_is indeed misspelled on the spine of the game box (as "Revelaitons"). Unfortunately, the initial North American shipment of the game will reflect this error, but we just got confirmation that subsequent shipments of the title are being repackaged to have the correct spelling. Meanwhile, customers who have received the misspelled version can contact our Customer Service line at 650-350-6700 or by email at [email protected] and we'll send you a new insert for your case. So yay!_

That's cool that they'll send you a correct, proofread insert, but the misspelled insert may be worth something someday, especially for collectors.

I hope I get one.

I hope it's staying exclusive to the 3DS. The Vita can get its own original RE game.

Sent from my iPhone located on the planet Hoth.

I hope it goes to the Vita so Vita players can experience it.

Otherwise, I like the game, but I just dont like the enemies.

Might sound cliche, but the ooze thing did nothing for me at all. they were rubbish enemies. Didnt mind the wolfs, they were quite similar to Cerberus and were vicious as hell. replace the ooze with Crimsons heads for a start.

I dont get how the Abyss virus was able to turn women into fish like monsters (sure thats right). The water enemies that were actually underwater shouldve been like the enemies you see when Veltro injects the fish inthe tank. But, they shouldnt be able to survive out of water and just jump on land or anything.

loved the hunters, but I felt they should be harder. I mean, gone are the days where you ____ yourself with just one, I stood there and kill 30+ in a wave on Raid mode. They aren't formidable anymore. It gutted me when i killed one using the knife. I remember trying to do that on remake and ending up headless within 5 seconds. Now they just stop infront of you 99% of the time like all the damn enemies in Resident evil games from 4 onwards. Didnt like the 'farafello' version which allowed them to go invisible. I just dont understand how biological engineering could let them go active camo from Metal Gear Solid. Wouldve been better if their skin, like Lizards and other reptiles allowed them to be camouflaged in the enviroment. More realistic in the RE universe.

End boss was good, but i hate, hate, HATE the cheap 'boss going invisible/cloning itself with hallucination' crap. Felt like something ripped out of Devil may cry. But, the boss looked awsome, real throwback to the T-002 and I loved his look. Would have been much better if you had your first two stages of his attacks, then he ends up chasing you through the ship, ripping doors down, destroyingthe environment until it gets to the deck and its the final stand off.

wouldn't have minded Kirk dropping me a rocket launcher ;)

Otherwise, the game is brilliant. the lack of enemies and quality of them let it down. Theyre so dull and generic in the sense that they are just pinky blobs, some might havea few spikes on their arm but thats it. underwater section was lackluster, enemies were thick as, no real danger or anything at all. Couldve been like Dino Crisis 2 where you have the actual underwater weapons, not just the pulse grenades, but an underwate weapon like a spear or something. i mean, you went up for breath and the enemies didnt even try dragging you down. right naff how they did that. Didnt understand how the Abyss enables a mutations where they grow a buzz saw on their right arm. Nor did I get the enemy with the shield in the lab. And they overkilled with the Rachel mutation constantly coming back.

I liked the Ghinzo(spelling?), the shelled creatures who you had to shoot from behind. They were believable, looked like barnacles on it and was a good mini boss fight.

Finally got a chance to crack open my Revelaitons tonight. Only got to the end of Chap. 2, but I'm really digging it. I find myself scanning anything and everything.

Best RE since 4.
