I'm just going to hazard a guess and say that even if you gave me rewards points credit for all of my purchases dating back to January 2006, that I would still not have enough to pay for all of the free items I have received from Sideshow throughout my time as a fan and customer. They already do WAY more than anybody else in their industry (just look at how much stuff they gave away in the last week), and this program is just a nice bonus on top of that. Of course, we all want as many retroactive points as possible when it kicks off, but even if I start off with zero points in my account, I will still have a veritable shelf of free Sideshow stuff to comfort me. :D

Exactly... I don't care if I start at 0... I'ts just nice to see its finaly going to be in place and its just ANOTHER reason SSC is probably the best company around... I can't believe all the stuff they give away.

I have spent close to $2000 in Sideshow merchandise and haven't won a single thing. So yes, I would like them to count our previous purchases. :)

I spent over $2000 to rebuild a transmission and I didn't even get a nice pen or air freshener from the garage.

Guess you shoulda taken it to the Sideshow Body Shop.

For anyone who's interested, Most Wanted Collectibles also just started a similar rewards program. Jason is a great guy and helped me with quite a few items. Boy I hope the Lurtz I bought from him a few weeks ago is included in his :monkey3

I'm really hoping to get some news on this tonight. There will be griping no matter how far back SS gives us credit for so just remember, something is better than nothing.

I can't wait to find out how many points I have and how I can use them...its a bad sign when you start spending points mentally when you know zip about the program.

Well, there are only three Thursdays left in November and one is Thanksgiving...so I'm gonna guess they won't do a newsletter that day. My prediction is next week will be the big week. But that could be the wishful thinking talking.

Not yet.

If it won't hit until the holiday season, we probably still have a few weeks left. I'm guessing we will get the info the week after Thanksgiving.

The podcast said something like "the last few months," so I'm guessing it's not going to reach back to the beginning of the year.
