I have the same problem with that one as I would getting the regular from another vendor, I don't want to have a big chunk outlay at once, plus what happens when that one has a problem and then you can't get parts?

I didn't mean to say that I'd just got on the WL, I also got on it almost right away. But honestly my big expensive statue budget is more for Galactus which I'm excited about and Planet Hulk looks sick so I had to PO him.

Mine was $49 if I remember correctly...which is VERY reasonable for a box as big as this one is.

The fedex charge however,was considerably less reasonable...£120 :slap OUCH!!

tbh I was king of expecting a high fedex charge though,I have had quite a few guitars shipped across the pond over the years and the customs charge has always been well over £100...it sucks,but it's the way it is!

A few years ago that happened all the time. You could be ordering and when you get your confirmation, it went to waitlist and you got the dreaded W before your order number. :gah:

Wow, rider did not even get back to retail with shipping(not to mention the $104 paypal/ebay fees seller had to pay). I would have bid, but can't plunk down that chunk at once. I did pick up his Moria Orc though, 285 shipped for the EX was pretty good I thought.

It takes awhile for Lotr pieces to go up in value, regardless if they sell out or not. I'm hoping to be able to get the ex under retail shipped.

You and me both. If that guy offered flex pay I would have jumped, but I had just won his orc and another 800+ was not gonna get approved if you know what I mean. Flex is bad enough.

Yup, i've only ordered the exclusive Strider maquette since they did away with the EU warehouse.
