What kind of bull____ dialogue is this? Of course they do. They aren't animals. They aren't even just Aliens. They have technology. They are probably smarter than we are. They have space ships. They found ways to become invisible. WTF?! The dialogue better not be as lame as AVP's. That was the worst.

And that stupid shot of Brody with like ten targetting light on him... LAME! There's a whole bunch of Preds standing there invisible, and they all want to be the one to blow away Brody? Not more threatening; just LAME! All the Preds in P2 didn't target Harrigan, just the Elder, because that would have been LAME.

I'm ready to hate this movie in the hopes that I will be extremely surprised. I want it to be great, but I see no evidence of genius in this at all yet.

The dialogue is good from what I read. Not cutting edge, or award winning....but very close to Predator's dialogue. But that's only my opinion.....

Once again, for the 1000th time, the Brody shot, it wont be in the movie. He gets one laser on him, the rest are added for the trailer. Thats all.

I agree on the learn/adapt line. These people don't know ____ about Predators, they're trying to figure them out and how to handle them. Just because we know all about them and that sort of comment is like no ____, doesn't invalidate its presence in the film, I think any group in a strange place being hunted and trying to figure out how to face their hunters would say things like that, not much different than Dutch finally concluding that it's using the trees to move around.

Im sorry but how can you be dissapointed by the trailer, from what i've seen its sticking to its roots and didnt show everything yet, plus it actually has a great cast unlike the crappy avp movies. Who cares about the dialoge its a predator movie / horror so the dialoge wont be award winning.
This mr black pred sounds awesome.

First time reading that, and i hope you are correct.

The line "They learn and adapt" sounds kind of poo because we know how crappy the lines were in some scenes from the other AVP movies and so its hard to get hopes up in this day and age with the way they have went about continuing with sci fi heavy hitters such as Predator/Aliens,Terminator and RoboCop to come etc.. but, i hope you are right of course.

The Terminator Salvation trailer had me so hyped up for that movie and then i watched it and it was a WTF moment, not saying i flat out hate that movie but, i honestly thought after watching that trailer things were going to be looking up for the Terminator franchise.

thank god. i'm happy that writers are finally taking the action/scifi genre seriously.

and i guess i'm the only one who didn't notice or care about that 2 second shot of Brody in the damn trailer.

If that moment where Brody gets 15 laser sights gets changed down to one, won't most viewers feel a little let down by that?
I mean out of the whole trailer, that is the part that catches the attention the most for me.

The trailer was good and the movie will be better than both AVP movies.
It _____s me to hear all this crap about "Oh all the laser sights" "Oh Adrian Brody" "Oh crappy lines" "Oh trailer was crap"
If you don't like it don't watch it. I for one will watch it and enjoy it for what it is a PREDATOR movie.
If you want to flame me i don't care i have wait nearly 19 years for another predator movie(without aliens in it) and i will enjoy it no matter how it turns out.

I personally think this movie looks awesome!, Us fans are lucky we have a dedicated Producer like Rodriguez at the helm of it, Just the trailer and sneek peeks got me more excited then the AVPS did, just watched AVPR to, besides the PRedAlien and Predator the movie was garbage. This movie has a great cast, good story, im so excited. i remember hearing that Rodrigues tried to do a predator Homeworld movie in the 90s after predator 2 but the budget was to big and P2 didnt pan out well in the box office, Thats prob just a rumor though, but im glad were finally getting it!

There's a few decent one's. My favorite one is right after Royce meets up with Trejo's character, another human drops in, and lands hard to the ground, and THEN his chute opens up...

Trejo says "Who the hell is that!?"

Royce "The guy whose chute didnt work."

I found that kinda funny.

The criticism so far is a bit premature methinks. Theres only so much you can tell from a trailer. Don't get me wrong I'll be fully prepared to hate it if it turns out to be just another disposable hollywood cash-in sequel but lets wait and see it.

As for all the lazersights aimed at Brody, if that does make the final cut....so.....what. Whats wrong about that? What is so beyond the realms of possibility that multiple Predators would aim their lazersights simultaneously at him?
