Visually, I like the wind storm or whatever it is that's going on in the shot of Brody with all the sights lit on him, reminds me of the environment of Alien 3's planet, which was kind of cool, gritty, harsh looking.

The enviroments are definetly nice looking, even the scene where there walking across the rock plateau was sharp.

It's not hard. If it was announced today that The Rock and JCVD were gonna star in a Godather Sequel, you honestly couldn't tell right off the bat that those guys are miscast!? Seriously?

Predators has a great cast. The Original Predator has the best cast of the franchise but this one is def a runner-up! Thats where the AVPS went wrong i think, no focus on cast and character.. i mean AVPR and a punk ass pizza boy? Adran Brodey looks pretty cool in this, Like a futuristic KING KONG ahahah

Because Adrian Brody (whilst, I admit having legs) is completely wrong for a movie like this, and IMHO any movie that needs acting ability beyond looking like someone has just stolen his christmas presents and pissed on his head. They guy ruined King Kong IMHO. He is not suited to fantasy stuff. IMHO.

I completely disagree with this. I'm very glad to see Brody in this , I can't really understand your sentence but are you saying you think he can't act ?.

I've always thought he was a brilliant actor personally , have you seen the Pianist ?. He won an oscar for that if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah but its one thing putting non-serious action stars in a serious film and quite another putting reputably good actors in non serious action films. A good actor is going to be good in anything...except maybe in a film directed by George Lucas

I like the look of this cast personally. I think they've scored big getting Fishburne and Brody in it. We have to hope however that George Lucas neither wrote or directed this film but I hear he has been nowhere near it.

Yes, seriously. Because I haven't seen the movie and know nothing about the characters. I believe that good filmmakers cast actors for good reason. Maybe the Rock is supposed to play a big dumb guy.

No I'm saying use your brain instead of retarded internet sayings. A "Fanboy"!? Try reading some of my past posts assclown, you'll see I'm one fo the few people to admit that Predator, Predator 2, etc. are all crappy movies but people enjoy them because of the monsters. They aren't cinematic masterpieces. They aren't enjoyed because of the talent in them or because of the memorable acting. They're popcorn, monster movies. lmao.. next time add in a "teh fail!!111!!!" while you're at it with the nerd talk.

Yes I have seen The Pianist, and yes Brody was great in it. What else since then though? I think he was perfect in that role and has seemed out of place in practically every movie he has made since. He can do very very straight drama. Not anything remotely commercial. KK was just awful. he was a terrible lead. IMHO

Assumptions. That's the problem. Go to the official site, there's a long "making of" featurette on there. I didn't base my opinion solely off the trailer, which isn't that long and doesn't show much. So blah.. assclown.
