Yeah, I don't dislike it but it looks and feels like a very polished fan film.

There are things about it that I actually prefer already over TFA.

I liked it. I say bring on all SW movies. I love that world so much, I just want to be immersed in it; whether it's a continuation of a story, or a stand alone.

Doesn't look or feel like Star Wars to me. Like I said about The Force Awakens, this new stuff seems like fan films to me. That weird fan made videos and story concepts you'd see from the 90s and early 2000s. I just can't get into it. I mean Ninja guys? Forest Whitaker as some Sci-Fi channel made for tv movie guy? Not for me.


The Death Star and ships certainly look better than they did in 1977 though. I want to see Vader.

Sadly after seeing the trailer, I am no longer excited. Another female lead just feels like pandering. Whats with the ninja? And despite typically liking Forest Whitaker, he gives no Star Wars vibe at all.
