So has anyone tried this yet?




It's a cool alternative to having his ki blasts always mounted on the stage act, mines came out okay but I need to tweak it a bit more. All you need is a thin piece of plastic & a small peg that will fit (i cut the peg off a random figure stand i had lying around & superglued it on the piece of plastic). You can use anything you find around your house, gotta be creative lol

I wanted to try it but being in Japanese I couldnt understand what the piece was from etc. Any chance of a walkthrough?

haha sure, it's really simple. Just locate a piece of hard plastic you have in your house somewhere, for instance I used this



cut a thin strip from the plastic so it would fit in Broly's palm (has to be long enough so it could fit inside his wrist, but not too long. it'll probably take a few pieces until you find the right size) then find a small peg that will fit in the Ki Blast, such as this



it can literally be anything you have, i just cut the peg off this stand using a razor blade then I superglued it onto the plastic strip. play with it for a while until you feel comfortable it will fit in Broly's palm, a little bit of trial & error involved but if you're persistant and creative then eventually you'll accomplish this

It's because the joints are assembled better and not protruding above the shoulder piece.

Edited: Either that or they shaved plastic off of the joints.

I wish they put more of those into the Stage Act 4 set. I always run out of them more than anything else.

Yeah, I lost one of those prongs after trying to use that for Frieza's death beam. I have an extra from D-Arts Charizard, but it's broken for some reason and doesn't really hold any figure up.

If Tamashii releases a Namek Super Saiyan Goku, they NEED to include this face or something similar to it with the eyes looking to the left...

How does everybody, who has him, display their Arlia Vegeta?

some of mine end up being so loose where its not even able to hold the figure by its waist, it just slides till it gets hold up by the armpits

Wow, I knew about the smiling face for ssj Goku, but TWO faces removed from his release? What the hell Tamashii/Toei! I honestly dont care if the faces dont fit with your idea of Goku, its more accessories dammit! *sigh*

I did know that that was the picture they took inspiration from, and frankly they shouldnt have. He is far too bulky in his chest area and the figure (and EVERY reuse of that sculpt since) has suffered because of that choice.

Was there ever a photo of the smiling face prototype?

It makes me think if Toei ever gives Tamashii the green light, they'll develop a Super Saiyan 2 Goku release with all of the "missing faces" Super Saiyan Goku should have had and hopefully they'll be compatible.

What improvements would anybody make to the Goku body sculpt?
