I'm just putting this out there, but threads going off topic is a rule now
And the mods are stricter since a few threads bashed some upcoming figures have had huge action taken (among other things, like the MGS Collectibles thread almost being closed down after troll account attacks), so honestly, it does matter that we go off topic.

And honestly well, I get that maybe you guys aren't comfortable with the other boards and really only post here, but spread out. If you guys are afraid of your opinion being shot down, who the **** cares? That's going to happen regardless. I've had that happen. I didn't care. You won't really know till you try, and being limited to one area or option isn't the best idea. Think about it, would it be good if you stuck to just one action figure line, and didn't experiment? Not saying that the AoU talk is bad. Just putting my thoughts out there.

Is the peg snapped? You would think the guy would at least have packaged it right! If the figure itself is fine I say keep it, if not get ebay on it.

Btw, I cant get a pic, but I think I have to buy the datong ssj Goku..... they shaded the hair!

Also, I myself have no problem with the whole off topic thing, but you have to admit there was far too much of it. Fair enough mentions every so often but there was full blown convos going on for pages, thats bound to annoy some people.

@Jay I'm with Wolvie and Big D on this one. I've seen the right shoulder pad loose a MISB before... Not the head though. But, if the figure's fine...

There it is, the hair actually looks nice....I knew there was a reason for Datong going that route when they know Trunks would sell tonnes. I am seriously contemplating buying it to swap the hair out on the real one!

EDIT: regular Goku is also out, and he looks.......decent. The hair looks like somethings wrong with it, but otherwise no paint defects. I'm ok with them making regular Goku, his price is on the up now to be fair.

The quality isnt all that bad. To me, ssj vegeta was really close to the real thing, but scouter was horrendously bad in paint apps. Compared to other bootlegs datong seems to be the only one worth a damn, even to the point that some are starting to suspect Tamashii is doing deals with Datong to get these made. Its hard to explain the obvious use of original molds as well as, like you say, them getting away with it. I would think Tamashii would jump on bootleggers tbh.

I would honestly jump on buying a SSJ Vegeta when they re-issue him since the chances of Tamashii doing it slim to none.

It honestly is. On another forum, some guy called some guy a 'something nazi', and another user who read it, happened to actually be German. So things got even worse.
