yeah kaio ken goku def makes for good saiyan saga set ups! The question im having now about goku 2.0 is if i should buy 2 to put an ssj1 head on one them lol or will they reuse the body mold and do it themselves eventually? With this new body mold there really isnt a need for the OG sdcc goku anymore. You just need the goku 2.0 body and an awakening head, could probably switch neck pegs and there we go! I hope these figures come out and yeah goku is probably 100% on the table no doubt, also I too am surprised no DBS stuff. But like someone mentioned, most of the stuff probably went back to the drawing board especially since we heard alot of stuff is delayed because they wanted to up the quality of the products.

@crisis theyll probably release it eventually, im betting it could be getting a 2.0 style revamp. We know out of all the characters Goku figures usually have the highest chance of coming out eventually lol

Also, on a side note, ssj 3 goku 2.0 really needs that smirky face! he's gotta have it!

My biggest worry is that some of these figures are merely just "prototype teases" again. I'd say I'm 100% confident we're getting the SSJ3 Goku, but every other figure is something that is fishy to me.

If Tamashii trolls us with this new Nappa, that is some brutal hate there!

Very doubtful. Tamashii Nations hasn't really trolled all that much lately. Most of the prototypes from last year not being given release dates is understandable. Some of the prototypes shown this year do need certain fine tuning but they're very close to production ready. It depends on what direction Tamashii Nations will be going in the next few months for us to have a complete understanding on the purpose and meaning of this year's display.

I'm surprised we haven't seen any Super stuff. I was expecting Black at the very least although maybe he'll be one of those surprise, already has a release date announcements.

Whether or not he's revealed this weekend, Goku Black won't be one of the Shonen Jump Calendar scheduled releases for the foreseeable future.

Tamashii Nations just created a new body sculpt for Goku so they basically gave themselves a clean slate for Goku releases. While it's quite muscular, I'm not sure if Tamashii Nations will use the same arms for other releases. They might use Yamcha's arms. (Or are they the same?)

More than likely updating the hip articulation and make a newer torso. Other than that, he looks good to go.

Most, if not all, collectors want Super Saiyan God Goku for the same reason. The one time appearance reasoning could be said about Majin Vegeta being an SDCC Exclusive as well.

But Majin Vegeta is iconic af and he lasted for along time. SSG was a promotional transformation and that's all. Not to mention he's nowhere near as cool and popular as Majin

Super Saiyan God Goku may not be as popular as Majin Vegeta but it was the transformation that opened a new world for Dragon Ball Z. I don't see how that importance should be overlooked. Especially to the point of an SDCC Exclusive, one of the most limited releases in the line.

Don't get me wrong I really want him too if only for completions sake. I kinda disliked the transformation at first but I've grown fond of it mainly because of Super and he would go great fighting with Beerus. He shouldn't be an SDCC though same as Majin Vegeta. Majin's too popular and SSG Goku is just too limited as is.

Goku Black is available for play on Xenoverse 2. Has one hell of a finisher. Don't think this will be the same voice actor though for Dragon Ball Super.

I thought the transformation was goofy as **** when I first watched Battle of Gods. It wasn't until Resurrection F where I began to appreciate it and even grew to like it in Dragon Ball Super.

The thing about SDCC Exclusives is they should be thought of as to suit the Western Market. Specifically for those who attend or who want to spend a little more to buy. Even if Super Saiyan God Goku was a one time appearance, like Majin Vegeta, there's a wider market that demands him. So putting him as an SDCC Exclusive would be a disservice to the majority of collectors.

Don't know if anyone noticed in Xeno 2, but if you power up on land, rocks start flying up around you. Pretty neat thing to have in a DB game, which I haven't seen outside of crappy Sagas.

I just got to the Android saga in story... still no Super Saiyan form available. Although I read you need to train with Vegeta to get it, which I only just started doing.

I'm glad there's a lot of Kaioken love in it. You get a Kaioken Kamehameha as a regular super, and Kaioken x4 Kamehameha as a ultimate. I think there's x20 moves too.

The Kaioken melee super is awesome. If you have a full bar, you juggle the person for 5 hits straight and it can do some serious damage. It trails off in the number of hits the lower your bar is.

how everything is moving on, it looks they will release 2 figuarts by month starting with the 2 xenoverse. It looks that we will get for example:

in May: tien and yamcha released
in June: 2.0 vegeta and Nappa... and continuously.

That will be great! ^^

I think I read that ssj is the same as Xenoverse 1, you unlock it at the end of the cell saga or through a PQ early. Vegeta possibly gives you his super vegeta transformation.

I'm sure they'll release ssj3 goku 2.0, tien, yamcha, nappa and the 2.0 scouter vegeta. Gotenks and kaioken Goku Im not so sure about. But... it's tamashii. So who knows. Maybe Gotenks and ssj3 goku will be their test to see if they continue more buu saga stuff. Also, I've noticed they often do Zeros and then do them in figuarts form. If thats true, well, we have a kid buu zero...

I know some people don't take DBS or the god transformations too seriously, But I honestly think SS God is iconic regardless of it's one time appearance. I can understand why most wouldn't see it the way I do, but I see that transformation as one of the most important transformations Goku ever went though because of the implications of a mortal with the power of a god and it opened up so many new doors for him. It was surrounded in ceremony and drama, then SS Blue comes along and it's treated like it's another transformation. We don't even see Goku & Vegeta get to that point, they just break it out like it's nothing special.

Anyway SS God Goku is my most desired SHF figure besides Black.

(Buu Saga) Vegeta teaches you how to become a Super Saiyan above Conton City in the Capsule Corp. time rift when you become Level 40. That Vegeta is different than the mentor Vegeta in the city which is the Resurrection F Vegeta.

He looks great though. I know Tamashii Nations wants to have that iconic first appearance for Super Saiyan 3 Goku but I really hope they give us a lot more alternative faces for him. 3 - 4 at the least.

I really wish they would've called it a Saiyan God and call SSB Super sayin God. SSG would have been less trivialized had it been a transformation that had nothing to do with super sayins (which, effectively, it doesn't). Not even bothering to show how vegeta achieves it doesn't help either. Cause I for one liked it too, quite a lot from a lore pov. It was truly a third transformation after ape and ssj forms. It should've just been God mode and in God mode you can go ssj (which is how I still choose to see it because that is what it comes down to).
