I did, from HLJ, he was actually up for quite some time (a couple of days) compared to Mace and Trunks who sold out in about 7 minutes

Not unless you want him, I really like CW Cap but just like with the Hot Toy its not enough for me to get this one too as I would rather spend the money building up my Avengers ranks in both scales. Thats just me though.

Yeah, that's why I like this SHF line. Black Panther and Hawkeye are the only "new" designs I want to add to my Hot Toys Avengers. And the money saved from passing on two other HT figures will pretty much be able to pay for the entire SHF CW line

Figuarts are sold in toys r us over seas, theres only like three locations, means nothing for North America

Yeah NA blows at just about everything. Plus I dont think figuarts produces enough to stock us retailers

That's Marvel artwork from the film so it doesn't necessarily mean Figuarts will be making that accessory... doesn't mean they won't though either

Bandai-Tamashii are technically not allowed to massively distribute Marvel Figuarts in the United States. Hasbro holds the "Master" Marvel license for the 5-6 inch scale. I believe BlueFin (American distributor) is only allowed to sell them in VERY limited amounts or perhaps not even at all.

Hence why Marvel and Star Wars (another license held by Hasbro in the States) Figuarts cost a bit more than other Figuarts, because retailers get them from other Asian distributors and likely play a slight mark-up.

For any potential BlueFin stock, they likely get extremely limited amounts so they usually don't sell them to retailers for as much of a discount as other "massively-distributed" and standard lines like Dragon Ball Z, Sailor Moon, etc. They're also quite 'hush-hush' about anything they get as well because I don't think they want to attract attention from Hasbro who might start crying foul over licensing contracts and s***.

The licensing is far more broken up than that, but yeah basically hasbro has north america locked down

And blufin brings in exactly ZERO star wars or marvel figuarts

Yeah, I figured as much with Bluefin. Kind of sad too since that would be mega-bucks for them.

I usually get my Marvel (and the occassional Star Wars) Figuarts from Japanese retailers.

Civil war cap looks kinda meh.... with the exception of a few new head sculpts, its basically the same suit. If you already have the age of ultron cap, you may wanna have a second thought on this one.
