hmmm, I guess just like Cap, the difference isn't much at first glance. I guess I'll just wait for the 46 since I never bought the 45.

They look pretty different in the films (or trailer in Civil War's case). If you had them both in hand I think there would be a noticeable difference in the Figuarts figures too.

Correct me if I'm wrong, the chest piece of the 46 has a different sculpt and much more gold on the paint apps

The sculpt is almost completely new, but it's almost like a character skin in a videogame. The engineering is identical to the Mk 45.

Kind of disappointing, I would have liked to see some new effect pieces and a Stark head. Will probably still buy it anyway, because I like the design and the Mk 45 was a solid figure.

Cap, on the other hand - I skipped the AoU version, will definitely be getting this one. Huge improvement.

The 43 is just my favorite armor but I see he's definitely getting sleeker.

With that said, I'll definitely stick to waiting for the 46, since I don't have the other two already.

The 45 is my only Figuarts and a really nice figure so I'll almost certainly get the 46. Looks great in my opinion.

The unmasked Cap looks better and the Mark 46 looks beast.

Just received my Revoltech Ultron, and good lord he's amazing! Will definitely post some photos tomorrow.

In the meantime, Medicom just revealed their Mafex Iron Man Mk 45:

While I already own the Figuarts, this actually looks to be more accurate (the Figuarts was basically modeled after the concept art). Needless to say, I'm excited to see how this turns out and I hope that Figuarts and Mafex go for other characters besides IM and Cap.

Does anyone have the Mafex Iron-man mark 43. The Mark 45 looks cooler with the fact it has the stark head and I wanted to know how they compare.

Thanks for the pics ronri. I hope either co. will release WM MK III. However yes the Mafex IM does look better.

I did not like the painting of mafex. Ok, it's nice to see tony head. But the shf is amazing
