You're welcome! I feel the same, I looked at my order list last night and made the mistake of totalling up costs! With it though, they all look incredible.

Finally an order window I'm round for! Got my Kylo and a pair of Troopers, thanks for the heads up... trying to work out my display to whether I need another Trooper or Droid (got 2 of each) trying to work out a heroes vs villains display mixing all different figuart lines and trying to get the balance right.

Considering getting another battle droid, clone and Stormie.

For those that have collected other Figuarts lines, do they tend to produce a lot of variants?

I'd love Clone Captain, Clone Commander, OOM-9, Security Droid, FO Stormtrooper Officer, Stormtrooper Gunner and all 3 Sandtroopers.

As much as I want a figuarts ver, the scale and the small dome is just painful to watch. And with the figuarts MO, they will announce the renewal version in about a year or so with improved height and proportionate dome. I've been thinking of swapping it with the anakin head that I got from Luke though, that way I can have 2 versions when the renewal ver comes out.

Got Obi too after missing him yesterday! First ever order at amiami, I'll take the customs hit, shouldn't be too harsh.

As much as I love Kylo's design though, I'm not gonna order a character I don't know yet. I'm pretty sure if he's a hit Kylo will get reissued anyway... I'm happy with just Jedi Luke and Obi for now.

Yeah kinda? When it comes to main characters, I'd say yeah. I'm mostly experienced with their Dragonball z line and there they reuse moulds a lot regarding the main character and releasing tweaked versions. They definitely take advantage of the moulds they make as an investment. I know from the Gundam line they also tend to make many variants. The thing is, it has to be a main character or a big fan favourite.

But maybe more experienced SHF collectors would see it differently in comparison to other lines? But if we're talking main characters, I'd say yeah they're pretty inclined to release variants to take advantage of existing moulds yet offer them up as new releases.



@Orbital can we expect some awesome sw figuarts art here?

Man, SH Figuarts impresses with each release! Love the quality and near realistic articulation. I'm collecting their Avengers line too and the only gripe I have is Hulk's face and light green color. Other than that, IM and Cap look great. I even picked up a couple of their Power Rangers and Predators too. Forget Marvel legends and hasblow, I'm going to be sticking with brand for now.

Sounds good, I would love it if they came out with variations of the Droids and Stormtroopers and Im hoping if we see them get to Episode III we will see a nice set of figures such as the Rex and Cody versions.

This line is incredible. I want to pull the trigger on Kylo-Ren, but I don't want to take the risk if I don't care for his character.

Everything looks amazing, but the only characters I'd be interested in is a Clone Wars Anakin and Obi Wan, a taller Vader, The Emperor, and Empire Strikes Back Luke. I was so tempted to get Jedi Luke, but the only Star Wars movies I like are "A New Hope" and "Empire", so I decided to pass.
