I wonder maybe the hood gets warped out later in the movie, I can't see figuarts making the hood so flared out on purpose :thud:

From what I've heard, Lucasfilm/Disney isn't even letting companies see the movie or parts of the movie for making the toys. According to Sphero, they couldn't get information on what BB-8 is like in the movie because it was all so hush hush. Sphero claimed they'd have to wait until after the movie was released before they can add more features to their BB-8 toy. I doubt it is any different with these Star Wars figures.

I guess @Silrian and @Fett, you're right. I forgot that movie rights like to keep big character designs under lock and key.

I applaud Bandai for getting the likeness as close as they did.

I wonder ifDisney Elite got hold of an very early sketch idea of the light saber that later changed in production because they're the only ones that have a non jagged edge saber in 1/12.

Maybe they should've waited :lol

Lol, fail revoltech:

It's Revoltech..nuff said

This company gets a kick out of exposing the Revoltech joints. At least I give them credit for at least attempting to do a plastic over the shoulder cape look in action figure form

Well, he calls it a "must have", they must have done something right :lol

Yeah, most reviewers and collectors don't know or just don't care how to pose.

I like his reviews, I hate those " this figaa is just badass awesome, I love this figaa" lol jk

Kidding I'd take Sean and Shartimus over half of these Asian reviewers any day. They're entertaining :wink1:

Especially when Shartimus starts speaking Spanish when he's reviewing a female's you know what's on a figure. :lol

I fall asleep on Anythony Customs though, I love his camera work but his voice is just so boring and I want to throw his cat off the screen

I don't care for Sean Long's reviews and yeah, Anthony's reviews are abysmal.

I do like Shartimus, he's funny.

IDK I have to crack up at Sean's Iron Man impressions ..sounds like he's talking through a metal fan and nothing like RDJ :rotfl

His Bale DK voices are so lousy I also have to :lol

There are some Asian reviewers I like Meadisch or he calls himself " Meats " and Toys 210 they actually have fun with their explanations.

Type V3 and HD Theater do fantastic camera work on the Figuarts reviews. They are the ones that usually make me consider getting the figures if I miss the first release.

It's sort of interesting to see them implementing Play Arts Kai articulation designs like the floating crotchpiece and the butterfly shoulder joints. So far it mostly has the positives, but I hope they don't also start to get the negatives.

Phasma for sure is a buy, probably a couple of Stormies to flank her too. TFA stuff is going to get me in trouble because it'll have me going back to get the rest :lol

A lot of companies have done that before PAK.

A lot of companies have done that before PAK.

And have done it better :lecture

PAK still need to refine their stability in their joints. I can't believe 60-75% of their figures can't balance or stand without a stand present and 80-90% of the female figures have horrible balancing issues
