Same thing happened to me. Waste of time. So I went to the website and got in. Should of just done that instead.

It's amazing how they manage to make registration and hotel reservations MORE of a cluster____ every year.

I didn't have much problem- was able to log on at 8:01 with a waiting number of #9824. Jen was approx 1,000 before me- she was able to get Sara and I in for Preview.

Honestly, this was the easiest getting tickets in a very long time. 45 mins or so to get tickets isn't bad at all considering how bad its been.

This is actually THEE WORST for me. I always buy my tickets at the show for the next year...couldn't do that last year.

This is really dumb. The link was a total bust.

Friday and Saturday are gone now...that's it. I'm not going.

They announced that there will be no onsite ticket sales this year. We will *all* have to fight the internet battle now.

Yeah, I'd have to agree. Like, I said 45 mins and was able to get Dad tickets for Fri-Sun really easy.

I still have like 15,000 to go. Seriously 4 days and saturday are already sold out? Total bull. This is by far NOT their best system! It worked so much better when they didn't announce to the whole world when they went up. Word of mouth was much, much better.

Announcing it even when the email said not to wasn't real smart but its pretty smooth once you're in.
