jkno just wants to get a decent, accurate stormie IMO. it's not that hard anyway to get it right esp what with all the information that's lying around. it's like being saturated and too familiar with a KFC chicken. you go to another country and somethings just not right

:exactly::goodpost:

Exactly. Again I say: these are not $10 Hasbro action figures that sometimes even look like a banana for that money. If Marmit, Gentle Giant (with their TK bust) and Kotobukiya (with the weirdly posed, but accurate Stormtrooper) managed to get the right look on the Stormie, why not Sideshow?

I'm totally with ya man.

That's why - as I mentioned a page or two back, I'm so glad I sold my Sandie Corporal. The SSC figures are good, but not great.. & NOT correctly depicted.

When you have an actively discerning eye, you can't escape the inaccuracies! :lecture

Indeed. We don't need 100% accuracy on 1:6 or 1:4 scale, but some of the errors are quite obvious. I like my SS Stormies and Sandies and will get the PF too, but there is place for improvement on all of them, and that cannot be denied unless someone is totally blind.

That's the great thing about the Stormtroopers and most of the OT uniforms, they are wonky, asymmetrical, rough, imperfect and thus they are awesome. There is a story behind each armor, helmet, uniform and prop. That's what makes a Stormtrooper being a Stormtrooper. They are not like the perfect pristine symmetrical CGI clones.

some of my stormies :) (hey why's maul there?)

Medi Vader is always out on display since purchased but the SS vader is still in its box. Maybe one day I will warm to it.

Great Display JK. That was worth the nudge.

Beautiful setup JKNO, i love my Medi ROTS Vader still.

Thanks V.!:wave

Thank you. :duff I still like the Medicom figures. They might not be the best but still are cool on their own.

:goodpost:I agree. I have my Medi TIE Pilot next to my SS Vader & Praji (I luv how he dwarfs them) and my Medi royal Guard behind my Emperor in his throne. I still think that my Medi Stormtrooper might still be my favorite regular Stormtrooper to be released so far, by any company. I know, let the debating commence:slap.:nana::lol
