Sorry, really don't like it. Maybe because I was hyping it for myself before it came out it's so dissappointing right now. Will never buy one even it's a good investment.
(Go ahead worldbreakers, call me whatever you like :).)

I just read the last 5 - 6 pages and.....I'm still keeping my order. I'm glad Sideshow went with Kirby's vision of the Hulk, especially after seeing the photoshopped group photos with the other 1:1s. The price is perfect IMO. I even like the plaque design they chose.

I wanted it then. I still want it now.

I hated the PF Hulk and still do, although I may now jump on the bust purely as an investment .

Go there!!!

It doesn't belong in that glorious line up.. Comic based only please...

I was just about to say that :rotfl

I'd forgotten that Miami and Puerto Rico were two points of the Bermuda Triangle. That explains p!tu.

How does this bust seem in "scale" to some people???
People, when banner turns into Hulk hes like 4x the size of an average human.

The classic comics Hulk was never 4x the average person and I think that's what this sculpt is based on.

I never liked the movies' oversized Hulk nor do I like the pin head/steroid look they give him in the comics these days.

THIS IS 7 FEET TALL, BAD ASS, NOT-THAT-DUMB, KIRBY HULK..THE ORIGINAL, FOR TRUE COMIC FANS,NOT FAIR-WEATHER SELF PROCLAIMED MARVEL FANS THAT KNOWS THE COMIC HEROES VIA HOLLYWOOD OR 90'S COMICS(WORST DECADE EVER).

I agree; worst decade ever but it started in the late 80's with McFarlane, Venom, etc.

Well MY interpretation of Hulk is consistent with Hollywoods interpretation then. I was never a fan of the "hunchback of notre dame" look. That never really conveyed the illusion of POWER to me. Even if this busts intent was to reamin true to the original Hulk....I still think its a poor interpretation AND STILL NOT 1:1. You are hopelessly dependant to defend a character you cherish most that your opinion and judgments will ALWAYS be biased. Im not a "HARDCORE" Hulk nut like yourself or some people out there. But I am a big Hulk fan...since I was a kid. I must say it was the modern 90's take on Hulk that made me a fan. Huge defined muscles, massive proportion, insane strength and crazy mad facial features. This bust has NONE of those things. This piece may have satisfied a handful of people out there.....but numbers dont lie. The fact that this highly anticipated bust is STILL up for Pre-order 2 days after its release is enough to pass the message along that most collectors out there are not impressed. You can remain faithful all you like to this bust....in reality........well.........thats where the rest of us live.

Chris

I think the economy has something to do with it. It's the reason I haven't ordered it yet. I also think the $500 price it totally f'g ridiculous. This should not be $500 no matter what anyone says.

Also, there's a ton of 90's style Hulk merchandise out there. That's what's driven me crazy these last twenty years!
