Must just have been too busy with all the other original 1/6 Star Wars releases they have dropped over the last 18 months:monkey3

This has become almost as silly as the 1/4 HT Joker

*Frantically looking round in the warehouse for a box of large bone pieces from original ROTJ Luke to add

Probably just trying to figure out how to charge $270 for this.

lol they're getting mad at HT for not jacking up the prices on every release.

But seriously, this was shown last SDCC; which will be here before we know it. How many other 1/6 figures does SSC make these days anyway? I know of the Marvel comic ones, but there's not much else going on there besides statues, statues, and more statues.

May the 4th be nothing! We got nothing, it’s crazy. With endgame still going strong, we might have to wait until the end of May for anything from ht. This lando, it’s ss. It will preorder in December and we will get it four years later.

I think May 4th is dead for the big boys....

Sent from the inside of a giant slug in outer space.....

Sideshow that slow?

Yep, don't think we're getting reveals until a week before SDCC.

An ESB Han and they're forgiven.

No news about Lando, ESB Han, ESB Chewie or 3PO, but hey, we will get quantum suits for the Avengers...

People were saying the exact same thing last April and May. There wasn't a single SW release between Obi-Wan (March 28th) and Young Solo (May 24th). We then got 6 releases in less than a month. Hot Toys have allotted April and early to mid May for Avengers, as they did last year. It makes perfect sense for them from a money making point of view. Capitalise on the film's success while it's still relatively fresh in the cinemas. Star Wars will come back with a bang before the month of May is out.

Didn't pay attention to that. But thanks for pointing that out!
So, keep waiting...

Just to put it in to a little bit more perspective, when Episode IX came out there appears to have been no Marvel releases between November 8, 2017 and January 2018. It doesn't seem to be a case of preferring one brand(?) over the other.
