Yes, you will only get a unmasked portrait with the exclusive. I know what you mean, who is going to order the regular? I would order it if I missed the ex but can't see that selling out any time soon.

I thought about that, because they're releasing a 1/4 Dutch PF, but it still seems more likely that they'd release other 1/4 Predator Maquettes first imo.

If it's sold as a predator 1 premium format it would be unique and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have any trouble selling.

We don't know what the ES is, so there's no way to know for sure. A lot of ppl are waiting to see the price on Wolf as well.

yea, there's plenty of P1 statues to go around. I know a lot of other ppl would agree that we need to see some other Predators in larger scale before they go back and do another 1/4 P1. I'm sure it will happen eventually, but we need to get P2 before another P1. I see it going down like this *hopefully* with the next Predator statues:

Wolf lsf
Elder 1/5 maquette
P2 lsb
Classic maquette to go with the other 3 from Predators
P2 pf
Wolf lsb
P1 lsf
another 1/5 maquette
and ???

I had to order the EX version of this. I had to sell my P1 Maquette earlier this year, so I couldn't pass this one up.

Lol, I actually agree with EVERYTHING on that list you made... Except I think we'll see atleast two more 1/5 Maquettes before a LSF P1.

Oh, and that "and ???" needs to be a closed mouth P2 Life-size Bust.

Sculpt wise this thing is on par with some of the garage kits from the 1990's but far below the today's standard. Masked portrait is shameful and the exclusive does not hold a candle compared to Tankman's. The production pieces of the 19 neca inch figure outshine the proto pics that are up which makes the outlook kinda grim. Don't intend to make this a SS vs Neca argument. Not at all. But SS does not exist in a bubble. There are so many fantastic P1 pieces out there it is time for SS to up their game as their last two offerings are weak in sculpt, low in quality and high in price._

Dont mean to come off harsh or antagonistic, but at 5 times the price and an inferior sculpt, poor paint apps even on the proto and painted netting this thing is disappointing to say the least.

sure, everyone has their views. i like this statue a lot, ordered 2x. 1 for display 1 for storage. I guess you will be sticking with neca then
