They won't do two poses for the same character simultaneously although I'd love it!

Ex is a must in this case. And if you look at the sideshow predator releases, there really isn't much on par with this statue mostly due to absolute crap released (falcon/tracker/berserker) or much smaller scale(p1 p2 dio).

I think this is a great entry for most collector into predator (or upgrading from plastic toys to collector statues), unless you are willing put down $2k for the marquette.

And ex will be much more valued than regular is just added bonus.

I was initially holding off on ordering this due to the much awaited Legendary Scale Figure. Had to have a reality check...not thinking I can get into the 2K $ range.
I think this release is going to look great...so also ordered the ex. version.

Yea, the Legendary figure is too big and expensive for me too... This looks fantastics and seems to be a sound investment for the most part as well if we change our mind down the line. I can't wait to display this next to my SW P1 bust

I'm not overly concerned about quality since it can always be returned. Also, my turtle statues all came out nice, so I don't want to knock sideshow until I see the end result.
