Most def.

They've done some decal work on some pieces in the past (like pupils) which turned out really great. But it's literally the pupil. Super small, and basically, a template for the painters to work with. But for the entire eye would have to be a decal (I assume), since it's a lens.

They used decals on the Hulk Maquette eyes.
I think it's more common now and no they won't peel off thanks to a coating of gloss/varnish.

Haha. I like being over dramatic. Don't get me wrong, I liked ASM2, but Cap:tWS was way better, and I think the rest of the comic movies this summer will be better as well. (XmenoFP and GotG)
