Yes it's the medicom robe..glad i held onto it now...although i'm sure HT will eventually do some kind of maul version down the road...

I also have the robe from SS V1...which still works quite well but dosen't look as good as the medi...

I thought I recognized the material there! I still have my old Medi Maul, but the figure still looks so cool on the shelf with his arms folded and hood up, I almost don't wanna give up the hood for SSC V2 maul lol

I'm really surprised no one has pumped out custom Maul robes for the SSC yet, maybe it's just a really difficult one to replicate?

Just reminding myself how awesome the Sideshow Maul v2 is...love this figure!

This is the first time I haven’t immediately wanted to replace a SS figure with the HT version. I’m impressed by this every time I see him in the collection.

Same here. I was thinking about “upgrading” but now I’ve taken a good look at the HT head sculpts I’d be downgrading if sold the SS version. The SS headsculpt is far superior IMO.

Yes, for now I think it is... and still I want all the stuff he comes with.

I also originally thought about upgrading but I would never use that yelling headsculpt, or the probe droid and definitely not the speeder bike. I have been very happy with the SS Maul and think he could possibly be the best figure SS has put out yet, the nail in the coffin though was that pricetag...once I saw that I turned around and looked at my SS Maul then back at the Maul on the computer screen and asked myself if there were $282 worth of justifiable differences.
