From everything I've seen I do think the SSC version of this figure is better than the HT.

It does work really well, and it allows the roll of the tunic over the belt as noted by you Maulfan on the real movie costume.

Great repaint on the eyes! The SS V2 Maul is an amazing base to work with. I switched to the HT DX inner robes and it makes a huge difference...
