Stop making the sabers look so good. :lol

Did you take a picture a bit more level instead of looking downward?

I'll take a more leveled pic this weekend. I was just more focused with picturing Maul "looking" at the camera and adding the lightsaber effects since I posted that pic on IG:lol

I'm glad they stopped that logo on the top thing with the bases...too many times the figure's boots would end up sticking to the base and when removed, took some of the paint with it.

...and I did it. Hit that green button. Should be here next week.

Yeah I have a few of those as well. I thought about spraying a couple of clear coats on the stand to stop it from happening again, not sure if that'll fix it.

This looks really nice. I'd get it if it came with the cloak, and if it wasn't priced so high for being a real barebones figure. There isn't much that could come with it, so it'd be nice if the price reflected that.

Parts are up on toyanxiety. Missed the sculpt (does anybody know how much it went for?), but got the whole outfit, so I can compare in person which I prefer between the two SSC. I'm just happy I got the boots, that was my #1 item to get.

Let's not forget where we came from though.

Which Vader is that?

It's looking like it'll cost about $110 for the outfit not including hands and the head, this might be the better way to go about this.

Maul was my first 1/6 high quality figure. So, I'm keeping him. The deluxe Vader has to go though, sadly. That box is just way too big and I can't spare the closet space. 😂

I really can't believe how far the hobby has come. The prices are absurd now, but you can't mistake the quality of the aesthetics.

The last few times I've messed around with my figures it's been pretty easy going. But **** me it's near on impossible to get this bloody belt back on to the Darth Maul figure!!

I tried to move the belt down so that it wasn't so high on the body, and undid these little metal plugs. But getting them back into the holes in the belt is so frickin hard!!

Anyone else try this and have tricks or tips on how I get these back in properly?!?!

****ing success!! Thank god for one of those little clear plastic tools that Hot Toys provided with some of their figures! Used it to push those frickin gold pegs back into the belt holes properly and now it's back on. Never taking that stupid thing off again!

Finally got that stupid belt back on after an hour of swearing! Do NOT take that belt off because it's an absolute pain in the arse to put back! Still, the figure does display well.
