Really? The pic's small and probably distorted but to me it looks better and more like what we saw in the SDCC video than the pics on SSC's site. Really nice box art, too. Still gonna wait for in-hand shots with Vader as I just can't afford to be disappointed at $250.00, but definitely hoping they got all the kinks ironed out.

Looks like 1:6 box art to me. Really nice and reminds me of the OT DVD box set from a while back. If Vader does turn out nicely, February is shaping-up to be crazy expensive, between him, Grievous, RoboCop and ED-209 (supposing nothing is delayed).

Luckily I don't really care for the exclusive and think the reg Vader should be around for a long while, regardless of how well it turns out. Hopin' for the best.

Edit: RE: Box art. I've read in a few Michael Crawford reviews that SSC is contractually obligated to LFL to always use the format we're all familiar with (i.e., picture of figure with black background and grey sides), so maybe this isn't the box. Was thinking it was nice that Sideshow was doing something different and a bit more bold with the packaging but we'll have to see.

thanks man, i'd be lower but i'm in cali and pay $18 in tax, so $200 includes taxes and shipping. Helps that i sold my ANH exclusive and have an extra Hasbro to swpa out in case, i may need another for the reveal look now that i think about it.

I had the ANH version and did the dome mod. It did help a lot
