is there a specific email to send pics too that would get faster responses?

Live chat is the way to go. You get your issue in the system queue right away and whomever you're chatting with will send you the email link to send your pics to. I've only had to do this a handful of times but I've always started with live chat and I've always received my replacement parts very quickly.

Good luck brother.

Anyone know how flexible these are? I want to position them at his mouth but I don't want to break them by accident.

Aside from this little problem I had no QC issues with my Vader.

I have the same issue. For me, the one on the left is firmly in place, while the one on the right feels like it's about to drop off. The little 'tubes' are NOT flexible at all, because they're rigid plastic. However, in my case, one of them is so loose that I can lift it and move it around with a very slight touch. I think mine just wasn't glued in place, but it stays put (so far) because it's gently wedged between the cheek and the helmet.
I already sent an email to SS about it, so if you do the same, it will increase the chances that they will recognize this issue as valid.

I really wish Sideshow had made the Anakin head itself removable from the helmet jaw, instead of gluing it into place.
That way it could be repainted or customized if desired, or replaced with a custom Shaw sculpt, etc. It would also allowed a view of the entire mask from the inside, upper and lower halves, to get a full view of 'what Vader sees' from his perspective.
It also would allow the owner to glue the little breathing tubes into place if they're loose or fall off.
As it is now, I'm afraid to even try to remove the head, for fear of breaking something. I'm NOT going to even attempt to glue on the little breathing tube myself, because it would be very easy to get super glue everywhere, and ruin the whole piece. I mean, there's NO way to access that tiny, cramped little space where the tube should be glued on, between the cheek and mask jaw. Therefor, the only solution is a full replacement. It's a shame...

How come your ANH Vader is shorter than your ROTJ Vader? Is he on a different body?

I still think ANH Vader looks great!

^ I would like to know this too.

Also, I'm assuming that's a self potrait sculpt on the Malgus body there, Dave? Who made it for you?

That's one of my dream projects. Commissioning a sculpt of myself done and bashing a figure together.

Happy to report:
No dome scuffs
Lights working okay
Tusks intact

The Anakin head did sit unlevel -- I just pushed one side of the neck tab down in the slot, now collar sits flat/fine.

No other problems EXCEPT
They completely forgot to include the Light Sabre! Not included in the tray. Missing. I think since I got one of the very last exclusives, they may have used mine to replace parts for others, then forgot to replace mine. Oh, well...

Will make final check in the morning and report back, but I'm very happy I got this, will go great with HT Luke.

Alas, 100 times alas ... Welcome to the club, mate!

As I already wrote in my post #8991 8 days ago, the same bad surprise at the opening of the box. But Christina from the SS team did the job and the 2 lightsabers should not be long now.

The darkest lord of all :panic:

That's such an awesome fig :clap

Don't sweat it. You're not missing much.

Glad to hear you got a good one :duff
