It's hard to say definitively yet but that picture of the head sculpt seems iffy to me. Hopefully it's just because the picture isn't great.

And that he's covered in a clingy sheet of plastic film, topped with a thick layer of polystyrene and a dozen or so reflections.

When these were previewed, prior to announcement, it was mentiond by SSC that they would include their new head design with separate face, eyes and hair(hat or whathaveyou).
