Yeah, just posted in the Luke thread that I spoke with SSC and they said Han would ship pretty soon (next week) but Luke would be a bit longer due to port strike

:yess:

Thanks for heads up!

Oh...

My last Flex for both Hans is still down for May 5th. :(

I expect they'll offer to move them forward to keep their warehouse clear for the onslaught of incoming stock.

^ Yeah that's exactly what I wanted to ask them about. If they're shipping so soon, what about my flex payments that were moved back to April and May?

My last payment was originally in March when this thing was originally supposed to ship, but now it seems like everything's thrown completely out of whack.

Heard back from Sideshow. Sounds like they will be offering to let us pay earlier as soon as they get some more figures in:

"At this time, we have received a small shipment of pieces, we are still waiting for more to arrive in our warehouse. In the event that we receive the item sooner than your flex payment schedule, we will be sending you a notice offering early processing."

Just saw that. Saw a tweet from someone on the golf course saying "he seems okay" but some reports say critical condition, multiple gashes to the head, bleeding, etc. apparently one of the golfer's first on the scene was a doc. He was flying "solo".

He was flying "solo".

Hope Ford is ok, and makes a full recovery. Guess he'll have another trademark scar on his face to go with the other.

He really needs to keep clear of cars and planes, and get back infront of a camera!

Latest from LA times sounds promising. "Fire officials would not identify the victim of the crash but said he was conscious, breathing and alert when paramedics arrived. He's been hospitalized with fair to moderate injuries, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Erik Scott." Earlier reports said critical, but I've also read he was walking at some point after the crash, etc. Hope he's okay.
From Ford's son's twitter account: "At the hospital. Dad is ok. Battered, but ok! He is every bit the man you would think he is. He is an incredibly strong man."

Sounds promising. Couldn't have handled losing Spock and Solo in one week!!
I hear ya... I appreciate that he's doing what he loves- no doubt he loves flying more than making Star Wars films... but come on Harrison, you're 72 years old and you've crashed multiple times. Maybe it's time to hang up the goggles.
Leonard Nimoy in his later years was only photographing naked fat ladies, and look what happened to him!

Bizarrely I'm in LA at the moment and saw the commotion happen from a distance. The plane was pretty smashed up at the front. Police everywhere. Looked pretty serious. Delighted he is ok. Solo is boss :rock

Interestingly the crash happened two short blocks from Indiana Avenue (google it) and he was flying solo. Weird.:dunno
