Hot Toys pricing leads to Hot Toys Syndrome.

I don't think there's been more, or less, complaining than with any other Joe release. Just about every figure has had very vocal complaining about one aspect or another. Nothing new.

R&R, I think, was one of the few Joe figures that was a total success. I don't remember much griping.

The Snake Eyes heads are fine! the figure is great! Don't understand the complaining all the time...must be hot toys syndrome

No, not really. Pictures don't lie, the heads are huge. And
If SS is going to put a HT price, should'nt we have higher expectations.

While I can't judge the figure yet, pictures do lie.

For the life of me I could not get a pic of the DX Terminator Arnold sculpt to look as he did in hand.

Good news and bad news. Good news is Fed Ex delivered a day earlier than expected (well, after getting delayed through the weekend). Bad news is Timber's right front fore-leg? part of leg was assembled backward

I swear I've been a magnet for QC issues lately. Sideshow's going to black list me at this rate

Snakes turned out awesome though. The goggle head looks fine in person. Bunch of chicken littleling as usual there. I like it over the new visor head too. And I got to say I'm liking this version over the V1 as well.

This Timber is bigger than the wall version, but I have to give to the wall version for looking meaner. The closed mouth snarl looks scarier than the open mouthed one, which is MUCH better than the normal version, which looks like he's waiting for a Scooby Snack.

Those on the fence, get it. Sure Timber jacks the price up a bit and isn't all that great, but he isn't horrible either. Snake Eyes himself is awesome and shouldn't be passed up, even if you've got the V1.

He's not sculpted to get a sitting position. Pooping at best.

I sent him a message a week or two ago. That run is closed. He did mention that there might be different versions of everyones favorite ninja coming down the road.

Just noticed they broke down a new SnakeEyes on BlackOps. They want $55 for each head sculpt, only $40 for Timber...

just got both my exclusive snake eyes figures , came out great to me . one to open one to keep packaged. the goggles look fine in person and the visor head is great. muscle arms are a little too big for snake eyes, but in all im happy with him.
