Does Josh have 750 separate Sideshow accounts? Because that's how many people paid not $53, but rather $130 extra to get Timber the first time. You think people were lining up to get the Recon set because of that dumb wall? :lol

That's making the broad and albeit, highly improbable assumption that everybody who purchased the waypoint environment did so solely for Timber. :lol

Nah, not everyone. I'm sure at least a handful of the 750 people who bought the set did so for the wall as well. Nice that we don't have to do that the second time around.

Ookey dokey :)

I think this is my Snake Eyes version 17.2 :lol

I have never bashed, futzed and swapped so much on any one figure ever. I wish I had saved shots of every variation SE has seen. I would guess no less than 10. True Story.

That's awesome King! The Cobra Trooper hands make a good replacement for the s#!* ones he came with, I just ordered a left for mine.
But where the hell did those boots come from? I got to get me a pair.
Did you also replace his ridiculously sized holster as well?

He isn't the one who is mathematically challenged. How many characters came with the first release? That's right: one. This new set is specifically billed as a two-pack. And how much did you used to have to pay to get SE and Timber from SSC? Here's a hint, it wasn't 199.99.

Regardless of whether you consider Timber to be a character or an accessory, he wasn't included in the first release without buying the wall! Complaining about a markup when he IS included as if its another barebones SE release is really quite ridiculous.

Am I the only one who doesn't give a s___t about the wolf?
To me SE doesn't need a wolf to do his job, Mutt and Junkyard are a dog team and depend on one another, that's their job, but SE is a a f'n stealth ninja, why does he need a barking dog with him? I can just imagine SE fumbling with a rope struggling to hoist big ass Timber up over a wall.
I don't think I even played with the original Timber as a kid, he stayed in the toy box.

The first release wasn't $199.99 genius. Even with the replacement body, it was still $60 cheaper, but I guess math his hard for ya. :wave

Why do you not understand this; is it that difficult, and you feel almighty fir your post count? Let's say I want to get a 1/6 Snake Eyes now. I have 2 choices. A) the first Snake Eyes long sold out and only available at ebay for $200+ and B) the new one for $200. And you are the one dividing the figure in prices, so your difference in cost is just in theory? Hopefully you got it this time.

As for Snakes Eyes been sold out at BBTS, they must have gotten more in stock as I was going to get a regular version from there knowing it would be cheaper and it was sold out.

Because franky, my dear.... I don't give a damn. This is the Commando release of Snake Eyes. What you choose to turn it into is completely irrelevant. Sideshow's even gone on record as stating that it includes pieces to update the first release. Not that it's a stand-in. So you can sit on the porch strumming Dueling Banjos all day long. It makes little difference.

Oh, and calling BS on BBTS. Not only does BBTS not sell the exclusive version (hence why it's an "exclusive") but how can they get "more in stock" if it's a preorder?! :lol

I like when people like you have nothing else to respond with and quickly just say that you don't care anymore, while you have been nagging since day one.

Show the quote where I mention the Exclusive in BBTS. I mentioned the regular as I know Sideshow Exclusives are for Sideshow only. And good try trying to twist words around. Even the stupidest person, guess your below that, understood what I meant by 'more in stock' as in they might have gotten more from Sideshow once it is released. Or some people might have cancelled as BBTS doesn't charge for cancelling, specially with the $15 SS was giving around the time I saw it being sold out. You obviously have a hard time thinking things through. I know what I saw as BBTS is my main store for non-exclusives. If there are more up for pre-order, thanks qbomb71 for letting me know as I wanted to order the regular from there.

Apparently wolves only bark when they're puppies, typically.

I always thought Timber was cool, but I agree with you, to be quite honest. Timber himself should have been the exclusive, so that we'd have the option of (presumably) saving $65 if we already had the Recon set, or otherwise didn't want him.

Since SSC decided to give him a North Face cold weather jacket instead of a commando sweater they missed a huge opportunity to make a badass necklace of weasel skulls to go with it.

Doesn't he come with the sweater as well?

I'm an old school Joe fan and never paid any attention to ninja farce and crap like that, so what am I missing about a weasel skull necklace? I assume its a Kwinn homage of some sort.
