It's the Fortress of Solitude....He's walking up the steps arms at his side looking off into the distance. The MOS is oddly stepping on some rubble arms in some weird pose that the sculptor seemed to think would be dynamic but doesn't make sense with how he's standing and he's looking off into the distance even though the way he's standing gives off a completely different vibe.
If you can't see the odd pose on the MOS statue as a whole, I'm sorry.
