This reminds me of Commander Shephard, a great character, great design but lousy awkward pose.

The arms are fine but it contrasts with the legs. if the legs were close to gether and straight it'd look considerably better, like he just touched down

The pose suits the MoS PF much better than the Captain America one. The suit looks fantastic, facial sculpt is great depending on factory paint.

I think everyone just expected it to be great and it's come out good. I'll be waiting too.

Ummmm..the headsculpt looks like the quality of something I might see in a Hallmark store...terrible sculpt or terrible paint job..both I think..the lips look cartoonish.

I think the pose is fine. Could be just bad SS photography. The Rinzler PF looked awkward in the SS pics but in hand the pose worked really well

No disrespect to the fantastic job that SS did on the piece, but I'm going to wait until I see the movie, to see if all the hype is worth it.

And also collecting the merchandise surrounding the film. Judging by the trailers i've seen I don't think I would be disappointed but who knows.

Uhhh what? I'd say the headsculpt is the only nice thing about the statue. That and the poseable cape

The head sculpt looks good by itself. but somehow it doesn't match with the pose. Doesn't have that "determind/focus" look. The statue also reminds me of the Captain America, the movie, PF. Almost the same pose.

I was all set to order but hit the brakes. I will order sometime in the next few days most likely, but not in any rush given open ES and no EX. The pose looks awkward, the base looks uninspired, and the paintjob and photos don't seem to be doing the piece any favors. I'm sure I will be happy with it once in the collection.

I think a lot of people are being unfair to the price and the figure.

I had no interest, then I saw it and LOVE it. But we all saw what happened with superman returns, so Ill wait until I have an opinion on this Brit.

The statue, pose...it all looks amazing. im not sure what some people where expecting?

the price increases are across the board. 1/6 SS prices are WAY up as are HT. Why would PF be any different? They keep selling out so why not raise the prices? its just good business, and quite frankly, you should all be happy SS is striving or we'd get nothing. The economy the last few years was in the tank, but a company that makes luxury items survived like a champ because most of us will eat ramen noodles if it means getting our favorite items, and SS knows this.

you havent seen the movie yet. the base will make sense once you do. just watch the trailers, massive destruction in the city like Avengers did. the base is good.

Looks like a Superman wannabee. I hate the head sculpt. I hate the new look. This movie has to change my mind. It better be awesome.
