I've thought about that. What if, and I hope not, the Skaar statue has issues? I couldn't return it to SS second hand could I?

most likely they wont want anything to do with it, but at this point thats a risk you just have to take. the seller could inspect first then send. if damaged they can deal with it. but that puts yopur sale and/or money on hold. never pleasant.

That's sound thinking. There will be more than a few of these on ebay within the first 2 weeks of release. The more up for sale on ebay at the same time should help you out in terms of a more competitive price. Those that have already jumped the gun have paid too much IMHO. The Joker PF EX is another perfect example. When people first started putting him up on the bay collectors were shelling out $800-$1000 to get him. Now he's selling for around $650. Just have a little patience. You'll get the Skaar EX at a decent price if you get him within the 1st couple of weeks of his release.

Yes sir that's what I'll be doing. I thought I was going to have to do that with Joker EX but I jumped on the "new" waitlist very early when it opened up. It may not convert but I'm thinking it will

Brother, I have been with SSC from the beginning of the marvel license. I have said the exact same thing. However, love of a character, funds, space, pose, and sculpt are just a few of the things that can make even a veteran collector miss out on a piece. The Venom Com, the AH! Emma Frost Com, and X-MEN VS Sentinel 1 are all pieces I have missed out on at retail for various reasons. I was an eyelash away from having to add the Skaar EX to the list.

The nice thing is that I have obtained all of the above pieces except X-MEN VS Sentinel 1. That's the only piece left for me to hunt down at a price I can live with. After that, I'll NEVER be in this spot going forward.

I got regular on order dont care for Ex anymore .... now waiting for SDCC for Galactus, Hulk Maquette, Batman PF, Wonder Women PF,Deadpool PF so many going to add on after SDCC. hope so many of them have Art Print Ex so can get regular from retailer..... If i get Ex Skaar by any chance it will be from SS directly i m not going to pay 1$ to flipper not at all no more than retail...........

there is nothing wrong with paying a bit more on ebay for a soldout statue you want as long as the price to you is reasonable, god knows how many flipper kids i have fed...

and in your case it's actually better because all those sellers ship using usps priority international vs ups/fedex, so the shipping cost to overseas should be noticeably cheaper.

Sideshow asking shipping price is 125$. so i dont think there will be shipping anyone shipping it without asking more than 200$. usps have dimensional restrictions of box size some of them unable to ship Hulk Comiquette & Skaar Box is way bigger than that.
