I just can not believe that an Axe is an additional $400+ worth for some people...

Eh.. shiny gold sticker aside, if it's an exclusive that completely sets itself aside from the regular like Skaar I can see why.

I completely understand why the regular still isn't sold out yet. Might be "just an axe" to the casual fan, but a game changer to the true collectors. (Not saying you aren't a true collector, just a general blanket statement.)

There's a few places in the USA who offers free shipping all the time. But over seas I don't think they will do. I feel sorry for those who have to pay so much for shipping. It's like getting a free statue for every 2 shipping fees. Crazy I say. I would have to quit collecting if I had to pay those killer shipping fees.

125$ just shipping + 112$ will be Customs so direct from SS costing me 616$ & if i go for Ex from Evilbay 800$+255$(minimum shipping might be more)+240$ Customs so total 1295$ I dont see its worth of 1000$ at all. Instead of that Ex I will get another LSF

I think most people who are second market buyer (specially in this case with skaar) and buys these over priced excl. editions are people who jumps on a bandwagon or who hopes they got even more up in value..

People here r insisting to get Ex but its really not worth 1300$. It may be go to that higher price point after year but i have so many on list not just Skaar. for me I even dont know abt character but I liked sculpt so i m buying it. if i waste 1300 on this then what abt characters which i must want...... this hobby is expensive but way more expensive to International sellers

true collector is that means we must buy exclusives lol ...... I came late in this game thats why i missed Skaar I m just started collecting from Nov 2011, but as i m seeing here most of the collectors bought Ex just to flip someday. I m here to collect .......true collector

Even though I have the Reg. on order. I know that I'll never be happy with it, considering that I never get anything but the EX version.

Brother IL it will convert trust me if your WL still active there is a BIG chance. I know SSC dirty tricks. You think mine convert because some dude decide to canceled his order. That is dumb thing to do. You can flip this thing and make $$$ SSC just want to sell their Regular Version as much as they can. SSC knows EX has no problem selling them later hat's why they holding some of the EX. Good luck IL

the people who are willing to pay double for the ex.. are IMO bandwagons or people who hopes he goes up even more.

EDIT: I don't have the ex preordered.. would be nice on the second thought.. but I can live with the reg for under $400

Game changer? give me a break, it's just a replacement part. 2x sword dual wield vs axe+sword dual wield..big whoppie deal and i have the ex on PO... If the ex has the axe dual wield while reg only has 1 weapon then it's a different story..

Explain to me how it isn't a game changer when the "replacement part" sold out in a day, and a year later the regular "common sense" Skaar version hasn't?
